條款及細則

  1. 訂金為總額之50%;如訂單總額不超過港幣一千元正,貴客必須繳付全數後才確認生產及產品出廠時間
  2. 取貨時必須付清餘額;所有須送貨的訂單,必須要於送貨前一個工作天或以上繳付餘款;
  3. 「急件附加費」
    如貴戶要求產品提早於本公司擬定之出廠時間前出廠,本公司將視乎情況加收20-100%急件附加費,貴客並須繳付連同附加費的全數款項後,才確認提前生產及產品出廠時間,詳情請向店員查詢。
  4. 送貨費用將按照不同地區而收取合理費用,送貨服務只限路面交收貨物,並須要符合送貨要求,詳情請向店員查詢;
  5. 貴客訂單在完成後十四天內未能全數提取貨物,本公司將不予保存其貨物或有收回貨物之權利,而有關訂金及款項將不予發還;
  6. 貴客取貨後請即時點核貨品數量及品質,如有任何不涉及取貨後之人為或意外損壞可於三天內親臨本公司門市,逾期者將不會受理。
  7. 所有噴畫/焗漆/電鍍顏色一律以本公司之樣本為準則,而且儘管使用相同檔案,會於不同時間,天氣或濕度因素下,
    亦會有最少5%-20%的顏色差別,貴客不得以此為由要求重新製作產品或退款;
    貴客亦不得以電腦屏幕顯示顏色或非本公司製造之貨品作為校對。

來稿要求

  1. 輸出稿件檔案必須為 以10%為單位之CMYK四色模式 或 PANTONE專色,如貴客稿件不符合色彩模式,本公司會自行轉換。
  2. 關之色彩差異,本公司恕不負責;
  3. 稿件內的所有文字必須轉換為外框字(Outline字型);
  4. 本公司最高支援軟件為Adobe Illustrator(CS5)/Adobe Photoshop(CS5)/CorelDRAW(GRAPHICS SUITE X6)/
  5. toCAD(2012),其他恕不接受。
  6. 本公司不接受收Tiff、Jpg、Png或其他圖像式檔案用於數控生產之產品。
    本公司會收取稿費為貴戶製作檔案,而貴客須自行校對本公司之稿件,本公司恕不負責。
  7. 若來稿包含註冊商標,貴客必須為註冊商標持有人或獲註冊商標持有人之授權,
    若因授權問題而引致任何版權問題或法律責任,本公司概不負責。

保修條件〔燈字/燈箱〕

  1. 保修期:半年 (由安裝日起計);
  2. 客戶必須於安裝完成後一日內驗收產品或確認已正常運作,
    若客戶未驗收產品前,自行拆卸棚架或安全工作平台,本公司將收取另行搭建安全平台費用;
  3. 客戶必須全數支付工程費,保修期才可正式生效;
  4. LED燈產品必須正確接駁火牛(變壓器)及配置電源,嚴禁直接使用市電220V(大部份初期壞燈原因為誤接電源);
  5. 客戶不可自行改裝內部結構及電線,若與本公司生產圖或安裝圖不符,無法維修;
  6. 不能擅自更改用途,如擅自將產品由室內移至室外;
  7. 如非本公司安裝之產品,客戶須將產品自行送回本公司維修;
  8. 現場維修必須於星期一至五9:30-18:30時段內進行。
    如現場不能維修,本公司需拆除產品,盡快送回廠房修理,客戶不得堅持現場維修;
  9. 如需棚架及鋁架等安全棚架,需另收費用;
  10. 自然光衰:所有LED產品均會有自然光衰的情況,本公司不會為自然光衰提供維修服務;
  11. 不當使用.蓄意破壞.意外.自然災害,均不包括在保修範圍內;
  12. 違例安裝燈箱或燈字,本公司不提供現場維修,客戶需將燈箱或燈字送回維修;
  13. 本公司採用LED燈,火牛(變壓器)等裝配用品,均有CE認證,如有需要,可聯絡本公司參考其原廠使用說明;
  14. 非保修期,本公司需收取檢查費及維修費。

大華金屬制作有限公司保留一切最終決定權及更改以上條款之權利,而不會作出另行通知。


Terms and Conditions

  1. The advanced deposit should be 50% of the total quotation agreed. If the total quotation is less than HKD 1,000, customer should fully finish the payment before confirmation of producing process and delivery schedule.
  2. All the residual payment must be paid before picking up of goods; for the order needs to be delivered, the residual payment must be paid no later than one day before delivery.
  3. Additional charge for early delivery.
  4. In case of customer require a delivery earlier than our routine process, we may charge an additional fee, mostly from 20% to 100% of the agreed price depending on specified circumstance, for early delivery. Customer should fully finish the payment, including the additional fee, before confirmation of producing process and delivery schedule.
  5. The freight is reasonably charge depending on different regions. All the delivery service is limited to ground-floor delivery and subjected to delivery requirements.
  6. Customer should finish the pick-up or delivery within 14 days after the order is complete. If fails, we are entitled to reject the storage of goods or retrieve the goods. Besides, we are entitled to reject any return of related deposit or payment.
  7. Customer should review the amount and quality of goods on site. Any damage, not regarding as man-made or accidental, should report to our job shop on site no within 3 days after receipt of goods.
  8. All the colors of painting or electroplating are subjected to our sample standard. As same sample is selected, a color aberration from 5% to 20% may exist due to different timing, weather or humidity. Hence, customer should not require any reproduction or payment refund by the reason of above-mentioned. Customer should not compare the color from computer display or products not made by us.

Information Requirement

  1. The document provided by customer must be as 10% grade of CMYK or PANTONE. If not, we will convert the format without duty of any color aberration.
  2. The text in document provided must be converted into Outline Type.
  3. Our software support ONLY includes Adobe Illustrator (CS5)/ Adobe Photoshop (CS5)/ CorelDRAW (GRAPHICS SUITE X6)/ AutoCAD (2012).
  4. We do not accept any Tiff, Jpg, Png or any image format for products of CNC production. We may charge customer for document development and customer should voluntarily proofread any provided document.
  5. If document provided by customer contains any trademark, customer must own the certain trademark or be authorized by its owner. We have no obligation in any issue or argument about the intellectual property of provided document.

Guarantee Conditions (LED-lit and Signboard)

  1. Guarantee period: 6 months from installation.
  2. Customer should undertake the acceptance of work within 1 day after installation. If customer removes the framework or working platform without/before acceptance of work, we may additionally charge the built-up fees.
  3. The guarantee period should not be effective until all the payments are fulfilled.
  4. All the LED-lit products must connect with correct transformer and 220V local electric supply is forbidden.
  5. Customer must not refit the structure or wire inside. Maintenance cannot be offered if it is different from original output or installation.
  6. Customer must not change the original use of product, such as moving the product from indoor to outdoor.
  7. For the product which is produced but not installed by us, customer should send it to us for maintenance.
  8. On-site maintenance time is 9:30-18:30 from Monday to Friday. In case of on-site maintenance is not applicable, we may remove our product and send to our factory for further fixation. Customer then should not insist any on-site maintenance.
  9. Charge may occur if additional framework for security is needed.
  10. Natural luminous decay. All LED products have the issue of luminous decay that we have no obligation for it.
  11. If the products is found with damaged by misuse,malicious damage,natural disaster,accidental; maintenance will not be provided.
  12. We do not provide on-site maintenance for any abnormal installation by customer. In that case, customer should send back the product to us for maintenance.
  13. All the LED products, transformers and tools we use are CE qualified. For reference, please contact us.
  14. In case of maintenance out of guarantee period, we may charge fees for examination and maintenance.
